Lookin good tony!

I don't know if I missed it but what are you doing engine wise?

I drove by a nice s10 this weekend, was pretty low but more of a street truck. I like the squarness of them

I was THIS close to buying a blasting tank to go with the new compressor but I didn't want to deal with the mess/dust. I know I am a bit confused by the last set of pics is that the before or after you blasted and painted them?

So the handle is on the inside. You can open the tailgate from inside the box. Then you shave the other side.
yea you can relocate the handle to the inside. unless you do a false floor then it would be in the way. if that's the case you do what i've always done. electrical tape around a flat head, lol. slide in the gap and it pops the latch. tbh i usually weld the entire tailgate to the bed sides and smooth it semless. not this time though i dont think

figured i'd get my interior out while it's still nice out. was gonna replace the carpet with new but i think i can dye it. gonna give it a shot and see how it goes.

interior plans:

dye, or replace carpet
take apart as much of the dash that i can easily then black it out along with all the separate pieces.
new low back leather seats
billet steering wheel and hub
billet pedals
mold in a double din where the radio/heater vent bezel is now
mold in 5/4" speaker pods in the bottom of the door panels
build a custom console
subs and amp :)

Got your son helpin you out too! I was doing the same thing today in my Mustang haha. Ripped out the console, seats were gone, started guttin under the dash, radios gone, shifters gone... Screen shattered on the phone? Check!

Gotta make the best of the rest of the nice days!

As for the carpet dye just clean it up really good, shampoo it, rinse it out REALLY good, let it dry and give her hell. Should be able to dye it fairly easy if it's out of the truck. Shit if all else fails you were gonna replace it anyways right? LOL no it should work manyn :^ <--- birdface dogg!
