stroker motor build or...

ok so i spun a bearing recently and im looking to build my motor since i will be yanking it anyway... i have a few thoughts and wasnt sure which way i should go and i was hoping for some input...my options are Probe 5.1L stroker and PI top end with bolt-ons, 5.4L 2v block with PI top end and bolt-ons, and lastly stock block stock bore/stroke with PI top end and hellion single turbo kit....it is a nice day car and occasional strip car i run it on street night at the local track just for fun

Stock displacement rebuild with the Turbo, the 5.1 kit from Coast bores your stock block too thin.

Turbo>All. However 2V's love Superchargers alittle more then Turbo.

and i want to do a 5.4...but i do lovvee turbos lol

find a 96 or 97 5.4 short block, pi heads and h'baller intake... tune it and you have 350hp N/A

Whats the weight diiference from the iron block 4.6?

99 and up f-150s have 2v 5.4s. navigators have the 4v 5.4.
