Got her on my buddies lift tonite. The fuel line that goes from the fuel filter to the tank ended up (somehow) lying on my exhaust pipe... So it burned a huge hole in the rubber part of the line. After calling everyone and their mother to see if they had any lines, we figured out we could replace the rubber part. Got some hose, swapped the fittings over and all is well. Side note, feels so weird riding shotgun in your own car and letting someone romp on it. Torque for days haha. Happy though. My buddy undercoated the tank area when I ran for parts, since everything else is undercoated (he told me after so I didn't get a pic).

Put my XXR's back on. Hoping to get to the track as soon as it opens. Goal is a low 13s, high 12s. Never been to the track, used to street launching etc. We'll see. Most likely using the drag radials, spin a decent amount launching with the 2 step with my continentals. Hopefully be able to launch at 3500-4k instead of 3k on the DR's.

Interior is currently somewhat torn apart. Yanked the center console to sort through electrical gremlins and run wire for a new 2 step switch. Ordering the switch soon. Rear seats are out, getting this ***** track ready.

Damn I would have guessed the filler neck too. Those tires and wheels look good on there too man.
It may be an o-ring in the line where it connects to the filter. It's a pain to gef out of the tube, but mine did that and it fixed it.

Got my front springs, bumpstops, CC spacer kit (I lost one I needed), and a corded transbrake switch for my 2 step. Soon as the snow melts I'll hop to it, and get my console back in. Summer plan, MM tubular K, MM tubular A arms, MM coils with Bilsteins.

Changed my drivers side fender liner, kinda rubbed a million fist holes in the stocker lmao. Waiting to find strut nuts that fit the new struts I got. Car is filthy.

Decided at midnight it was time to get the new struts in since I was able to get the right strut nuts tonite. Ended up taking off the brakes, cleaned everything, greased the front end. Strange 10 ways (fox length) installed, MM dustboots, correct spacers for the MM plates etc.. all torqued and ready to go. Need to raise my rear control arms slightly to bring the rear up a little. Car will have an MM k member, MM tubular a arms, MM coils and bilsteins come summer time. My UPR coils are for sale! 12" 250lb viking springs. I ran my 2 step switch the other day, it's basically a transbrake button. Need to solder and heatshrink the wires and my console can go back in. My grammar, punctuation and strong presence of run on sentences, I blame it on being almost 3 am. Sleepy time

Lmaooo yup! I got it from LMR. Definitely smoother and not 100% factory looking which sucks but it still looks nice haha

Extended, soldered and heatshrunk my 2 step switch wires. Not the prettiest but its strong and functional! Ran under the console and put the transbrake (for the 2 step) switch next to my seat. Eventually I'll do a wheel mount. Consoles in, I'm happy.

Happy with how well the car is running! If all goes well track Wednesday night weather permitting. I'll toss the drag radials on. Anyone recommend what psi I should try running them at? They got shipped with like 40 psi, thats wayyyy too much.

I have this stool, and it's nice and all, but it always want to sag down. I think the strut system is messed up in it. :(

Also, run the radials around 25, adjust as needed. Some people will have you go down to 12 or 15. If you start getting that low, make sure you bring an air compressor that can fill up with the cigarette lighter.

Surely someone at the track would let you use their cigarette lighter lol.

And yea, I bought mine on black Friday maybe 3 - 4 years ago.

How did you do a trans brake, I thought you 5 speed swapped (no, I'm not going through the whole thread lol)

It's a transbrake button I wired to my 2 step. I used to use a toggle switch. So basically you just hold the button, clutch in and rev till the 2 step comes on (3100 rpms), let off the button and it disengages. But yes 5 speed swapped, T5, now a tko trans.
