So whats the point in having a 2 step on a stick shift car when you just clutch in and hold the throttle where you want it? At the track, youll be clutched in with your hand on the button and when it goes green youve got to dump the clutch, drop the button, and reach for the shifter before you get through first gear.

Always wanted one so I tossed one in. As soon as I launch I drop the button so I'm not too worried about grabbing the shifter before I run outta gear. I didn't like the toggle switch setup, wasn't my cup of tea.

Cleaned up underneath the car a little, tightened my suspension and adjusted my shocks and struts, emptied the trunk, radials on.. track ready!

Well fcuk me the car just did not want to be tracked today. Almost positive the fuel pump crapped out. I was able to pop the clutch once or twice when it cut out at 20ish mph. Never ran again. Shoulder surgery tomorrow so this things gonna sit for awhile anyways so, eventually I'll figure it out. Strapped it to the S10 and rolled 5 miles home.

Well I had a shoulder op yesterday so the car was going to sit for awhile regardless. ****ing blows being in a damn sling. Side note throwback pic from Oct 2012.

I want to go faster... Car made just power last year. Can't decide, turbo? I know I'd need a 340 lph fuel pump, arp head studs, probably 60lb injectors, boost gauge, wideband, 31 spline rear etc. Thoughts? Would I need to mess with my heads? I run Trickflow twisted wedge 170s.
