1. You're tired of messing with it
2. Having serious valvetrain noise.
I have no idea what your car is worth but if you plan on getting top dollar for it you'll have to fix the valvetrain noise.
If I was you I would sit on it for about a month. Don’t drive it, don’t look at it, nothing. Drive it again in a month and see if you want to still get rid of it.

Question: What roll bar is in the car, and do you have any pictures with the top down? I've been waffling for years on adding one to my car so I can run it at the track on occasion.
I've been watching prices of the 2nd gen Coyote cars (s550's) and they are crazy now too. Even with 100k on them people are asking high 20s low 30s around here. I only see ones that have a rebuilt or salvage title under $20k.I am contemplating whether or not I should sell my 95 GT Vert 5spd and upgrade to a 2016+ GT. So with that said, she runs but I'm having serious valve train noise issues and I am tired of messing with it honestly.
