I found a deal on a Trick Flow upper and lower on craigslist and was wondering what you guys would think would be a fair price for it? It's the trick flow street heat upper and lower with the sn95 elbow included. His ad says there's only been 10 track passes on it. I really wanna pick this up but don't wanna get screwed over on price. Thanks for the help!

well im selling mine for $350 but i made the price a little high just because of all the low-ballers around hear. My buddy picked one up for $275. i'd say anywhere around $300-350 or so would be fair with the elbow.

Sounds good to me, offer him $250 and go up to about $350, make sure its nice too. dont forget the hardware, you cant use the stock stuff, btw. it should come with some barbed hose fittings too.

The hose fittings on the underside correct? How much is the gasket set for it?

Whoot! Picked up the upper/lower with the elbow and gaskets for upper to lower and elbow yesterday! Since we're getting snow tuesday, this won't project won't be started until it starts to get warmer =[. But in the meantime is there anything else that I'll need to do the swap? I've looked at the how to and I'm a little confused on a few things.
1. Will I need a new gasket from the heads to the lower? This isn't anything that needs to be special ordered correct?
2. How much of a restriction will the stock t/b be? Anything that needs to be worried about now or should I hold off on getting a new one until I get some new heads? If/when I do get a bigger one, is a bigger MAF necessary as well?

YOu will need head to intake gaskets, just call summit and tell then what your doing, they will set you up. I would grab a PCV valve and some vacuum hose while your at it.

I would keep the stock TB for now, and swap it later, its not a big deal, but will improve your perfomance later.

You dont have to get a MAF, but the stock one is a pretty big restriction. I just sold a 73mm C&L with 19# and 24# injector tunes too.... I have another that I will sell shortly, its in use now.

Overall, I would change one thing at a time so you know what part effected what, then its easier to track down problems.
