Im really leaning towards either a 510 2-door, or the 510 wagon. But I really don't know if the 351 would even fit in there lol.

I had a buddy with an ls1 in an 89 240sx, it was awesome sitting next to people at intersections "what's in that thing" oh it's just a 4 banger, then just launch on them. There's a lot of choices any of them are sick

there are a few RX-7s that run around here with ls1's in them on spray. they are nasty. i have also saw a old school BMW m3 with a turbo 5.0 in it.

I had 3 friends who built a first generation 240z or 260z with LSx motors in them. Perfect weight distribution, lighter than original cast iron straight six, and with minimal mods (ls6 heads, cam, long tubes) one of them made 412whp. Went almost 11 flat on regular street tires. I would not bother with ford small block if I were to do this kind of swap.

Most had a 351C if I remember correctly. a guy that used to come to the meets around here had one, definitely a head turning car. very rare.

and it really is hard to beat the ls motors, they come with simple wiring harnesses, and there's pretty much a drop in kit for every car lol.
