Have been working on wiring hard and finally got it done. I don't want to see another wire for some time. Next is powder coating.

Here is the glove box and I am very happy that I was able to retain some functionality. I cut and used a torch to bend plastic then riveted the end that I cut off. I have room for cables and E85 gauge which I will only look at when filling up.

Very hard to get all the gauges in one pic. Here you see wideband, fuel pressure,Boost, raptor, oil and water temp. Not all these gauges are going to stay up only to quickly monitor my new setup and it will be removed.

My new glove box.

The shop that installed my t56 hacked this and it does not seal out heat, will have to find one from a Cobra.

The amount of gauges in your car is almost intimidating. Do you have a pre-flight checklist? Awesome work, man.
Yes sir lol. It looks great at night but I will eventually remove the pillar pod and install a Shadow dash which runs on a tablet.

Getting things finalized. Tightened many hoses and sealed many threads. It may seem like I have not done much but much has been done.

I had to add a spring inside both hoses of the lower radiator as they may collapse.

Things look a little busy but cant finalized this area until IC piping is in.

Made some clamps to hold the push to connect lines.

Decided to remove the bracket that was connecting the IC to the latch. I have had instances where the hood has popped open and I believe that the IC flexing where the latch is has been part of the problem. I attached it to the lower radiator support and bumper

Procharger pulley powder coated

Added a strap to be able to pull the car inside the garage without having to start it. My driveway is on an incline which makes it difficult to push it in by yourself. I have a 12v winch that I will bolt to the ground and use a spare battery that will run it, I may do a how to. Have not decided which side the strap will finally be as I may put the winch center in garage or in front of my car.

Trying to get things done while waiting on parts. Decided to replace the stock end links as most of my suspension bushings have been replaced. Got the spark plugs and wires run. Going to have it going through the runners in the front of the intake. Since my lower intake is not here I had to look at photos but looks like it should work. Looks like a mess when things are not plumbed but things will clean up as all of that will be under intake. Not much to do except wait on parts at this point.

I know I've seen other do it like that before with the coils under the intake, but with everything else you've got going on under there too are you at all worried about heat affecting the ignition?

I have been thinking about that but have yet to finalize that whole area. Once I get intake back I may put a spacer to get packs closer to upper intake. Place a heat blanket under packs to prevent direct heat. If problems happen I can always mount them on the firewall one on each side, shock towers, front next to catch cans etc. Since I cleaned up the engine bay options are limitless compared to stock setup. If you look at this photo you can see that there is plenty of room under there compared to stock intakes. The depth of the block valley is matched to the under side of intake. The Taurus SHO has COP under the intake as well as many others.

Oh yeah, you have room for days and days under there. I think it will look really clean when you're done. Some lizard skin or heat blanket on the valley cover, under the coils, is a good idea, though. Just to be safe.

Got the lower intake installed and I am very satisfied with the look so far. I was a bit unsure but intake ties in well with the valve covers pretty good. Lets see how the rest of the parts are going to look. Also finally installed the ID 1300 injectors. I rerouted spark plug wires as the way it was before was not going to fit through the intake.

I love the attention to detail and I am figuring out what a pia that is. Looks killer in the engine bay for sure.

Thanks, best to just do things as you get to them. If try to do everything at once it almost seems impossible.

Wow that coil pack location is a neat idea, looks great!
Wish it were mine but I saw someone else do it 1st that has the same intake.
