Rear diff cooling time...

(nevermind the ghetto tape on the foam impact absorber, was just there to hold it up temporarily)

Everything is mounted on welded studs, the pump, reservoir, and radiator. The pump is so little but it's so heavy that it handles like a bowling ball. High quality stuff. Made myself a little sight glass level on the reservoir and had to band up and cut my own mounting bracket for it because the one supplied from Chase Bays was extremely flimsy. Luckily I had a metal brake free to use. Finished it off with just take a burr bit to notch out some quick half-holes for mounting to the crash bar and finally doused it in underbody rubber paint.

Bent up / flared some stainless hardline connecting the two.

Waiting on some other parts to come in to finish it off, namely some more heat exchangers and whatnot. Should be able to keep the whole setup from overheating, as the Fore billet diff cover is so thick that people who've used it complained of burning up clutched diffs. Granted, the one I'm running is the Torsen so there's no clutch packs to worry about, but still. Heat is the enemy.

I’ve been working almost every day since last Wednesday, mind you I work 12 hours a day in a correctional facility, so I haven’t been able to get a damn thing done. And I have to work today and tomorrow… I have a working theory about my brake lights. I’m thinking it could be the switch or a pinched a wire when I replaced the reverse light bulbs. I’ll be able to test this on Wednesday.

Seems like a lot of people are working more hrs lately
More than usual any ways

I myself had to over time it last week and week before
Getting a unit ready to deploy

On the break light is it the back ups or break lights

Got some more progress done on the diff cooling circuit. Should keep it cool no problem.

Unfortunately just waiting on a few more quick disconnect components to arrive and then I can finish it off completely.
