There's a purchase thread, but no what did you do today thread. Really guys?

I'll start it off. 1.5inch spacers in the rear are on today :D

I didn't search, fair warning. It's late.
After the Pollen had dissapated, I finally washed our '04 Mach1. It Magically turned from deep Yellow, back to the original Black!!

Washed mine yesterday.

Also, today I replaced the broken ignition cylinder, and learned how to take it apart and transfer the tumblers from the old lock to the new replacement lock. So now the old key still works with all the car's locks.

Changed out the IRS exhaust tip hangers because the driver side rubber bushing was chewed up. Problem was when they were originally installed, they were installed back when I was a bit of a lazy bastard and were welded onto the crash bar instead of bolted or studded. Fixed that today with new hangers, weld studs, and also clipped the mounting ears on the new hangers so that once the nyloc retaining nuts are only slightly loosened, the hangers can just be given a little quarter turn and they're dismounted. This'll prevent having to loosen the nylocs completely off the studs so they won't lose their holding power.

Reminds me I need to get mine aligned, I actually never did after I did the suspension work. It drives "fine", but I imagine it could be better with a true alignment.

I am still chipping away at it. The work I have left to do is basically behind the glove box, and I can't get the pass door open all the way because of how close it is to the wall, so this added into the fact my lower back hates me already has had me putting this part of the job off. I just need to reconnect the wiring that was burned now inside the car and there really isn't a lot of connections but my back will only let me do it for maybe 45 mins before I can't walk for 3-4 days. I spend 45 mins yesterday, and today went out and did another hour and then I took some tylenol and got on my heating pad and hoping I can walk tomorrow as I have an important dr's appointment. getting old sucks...

Started the Bullitt and parked it outside in my other driveway and took a drive in the 95 GTS. So with the Garage empty, I proceeded to redo the brakes on our Durango starting with the front and remove the winter set-up. Story goes. I bought it last year used and the Used Car Outfit had put new brakes on it. It was June and the Rotors already had Rust on them so i put a coat of Ceramic silver paint and did not pay much attention. So being our DD and 5 k miles later these things where awful looking. So in the pics you can see the result alongside a proper 750 dollar CAD rotor (paid halfish). So if your running good brakes you need to pay,. Next year wiill be time to shop for new 295 Pirelli Run Flats.

What does an oil catch can do?
Only on modulars you will one mabe two
On mod engines the baffling in the valve cover doesn't block all the oil passing through your pcv valve and will get into certain places you don't want oil
Catch cans will catch that oil
I just emptied the driver side it had enough to coat the bottom of the catch can 16810872111497665978871456012830.jpg16810872772571896731695873937577.jpg
