some ppl rice out mustangs...... the stuff we are into (lets say a 2000 cobra r kit) is actually useful on our cars when you put a wing on a civic it serves absolutely no purpose besides R.I.C.E.

anything can be rice, i just hate the non vtec civics with those loud ass exhaust and big wings, and to finish it off with some racing stickers. gotta love the people with the nos stickers on there car. i had nitrous on my car and the last thing i would do is put a NOS sticker on my car and give the cops a reason to put me over

maybe if the civic SI had performance... the only one fast ive seen (and lost a race to...) had a blower on it pushing 4 PSI and he had like $20,000.00 dropped into his car... (not joking.) ... he would pull me pretty hard, but mind you thats the only one i lost to and i have a 15 second car... lol.

i dont understand whats ricey about a Z, or an unmodified civic, or any unmodified versions of those cars for that matter. its not like any of those cars come with 4ft aluminium wings, ground effects that dont match the rest of the car, and 500 stickers for stuff thats not really on the car, from the factory.
