So i have a 98GT with a plethora of mods and im just curious what you think it would be worth and what you think you would actually offer for it. so here it goes.

Engine:
Pi swap
Comp270's
Mildly ported PI heads
Fully rebuilt engine just last year (new rods, pistons, bearings, and rings)
ARP main studs, and side bolts
trickflow timing chains
trickflow lash adjuster
C&L CAI w/K&N
All new felpro gaskets
Tuned by APS racing

Drive train:
4.10's
Centerforce stage 2 clutch
ford racing billet steel flywheel
B&M pro ripper short throw w/ shelby cue ball

Exhaust:
JBA LT's w/copper gaskets
BBK X-pipe
40 serious flows out the back

Suspension:
UPR chromoly K-member
Pro A-arms w/moog ball joints
UPR coil overs w/Eibach springs
KYB struts
Single adjustable LCA's
double adjustable UCA's
all spherical w/spherical axle bushings
BBK rear springs

Interior: (condition 8 out of 10; mild wear)
Grey leather
black carpet swap
rear seat delete
AM white face gauges w/white face control panel
bullitt rocker panels

Exterior: (condition 8 out of 10; mild dings nothing major)
18x9 & 18x10 chrome GT4's with nitto DR's
Cobra front bumper
custom "stang" rear bumper
smoked headlights w/8k HIDs
smoked tail lights (painted bezzles) w/sequential turn signals
Xenon duck bill spoiler
Cobra brakes

thats just about all i can think of off the top of my head. I would have to get about 11k for the car to break even but i already know that would be out of the question. The car runs amazing though. Its been my daily driver since high school and has never left me stranded *knock on wood*. What would you consider with the money and time I've invested, would be a reasonable offer where me and the buyer could possibly meet an agreement?

Very nice and sorted car...problem is its impossible to recover much $$ from these things......realistically, if you wanted to sell this car, you would probably have to take some retarded low amount that you wouldnt want to take...im talking 4-5k man and even at that price you may struggle to sell her.

You have a bolt on PI swapped car car, no built motor, no built trans, no power adder.

I don't think $7k is out of the question. It boils down to what justin said though, at the end of the day its a bolt-on, cammed gt. Without a built bottom end or a blower, being a 2v I don't see it bringing much more than that. Best of luck to you though, its a clean car and it being cammed may be just what someone is looking for to fill that horsepower bug.

I entertained the idea of selling my car and with a built trans, intercooled vortech setup, brand new v2 SI blower, and people thought I had a forged bottom end for w/e reason even though it was a alum block PI motor, 2 sets of wheels, etc etc. had 0 offers when I put the car up for around 9-10k OBO.

Its def. not easy to get money out of these cars.....I know you have probably put a lot of money and work into the car but with out big thing like built motors, trans, or power adders the value of the car isnt raised much.

True... It may not be engine may not be built but I it has the money in suspension which IMO is the better place to put it. You can have a 500hp mustang that runs 13's because it can't put rhe power down. This is a 12 second daily driver. I guess it all depends on the buyer though realistically. =/

You're really making me jealous of that rear bumper lol but I think $6-$7k is probably what you'd see at best. A lot depends on mileage and your location as well. It seems that market value varies a bit in different regions.

woah man im not trying to start any controversy here but your car is definitely worth 10-11k but you're saying that i can only get 4-5k out of mine? i bought the car for $4200 after TT&T. where are you located? im just curious for the market there as opposed to central US. based on the houses in you sigpic it looks like maybe VA, PA, northeast somewhere? haha

How many miles? Keep in mind the PI swap is only going to matter if you sell the car to someone with actual mustang knowledge, 98% of the people who would look at it have no idea what you are talking about

Yeah it was probably around that long ago. Here though a bone stock npi car that's in good shape goes for around 4-5k depending on the mileage.

It all really comes down to how much someone wants it ,cause at the end of the day blue book value on these cars with age is prolly not much more then 5 or 6 k at the most . So u really would have to find someone who really knows what there buying ..

It is a really nice car ,and no I am not saying its not worth anything .....

I can see a mustang fan buying it for 6-7k max. Just depends on if you can find the right buyer, and don't mind sitting on it for a while waiting for the right buyer to come along. Good luck selling it, it would be hard for me to sell a car with that much $ invested, you will never get what you put into it.
