Ready for “what the hell is causing the vibrations” round 2! You may recall this is what I was working on before I destroyed the first engine.

*heavy sigh*

Put the car on jackstands and recorded my driveline angles.

Engine @ the balancer is 5.5° up
Driveshaft is 1.0° down
Axle flange is 2.5° up

I’m going to shim the transmission @ the tail shaft to reduce the front angle and adjust the control arms to increase the axle flange angle.

I thought you had that worked out or did it just show up now with more spirited driving?

Tiffiny happened to pull up while I was messing with it so we can test the microphone.

Decided to swap sway bars since the adjustable end links came in.

The 94/95 Cobra bar is a 25mm and the KB part is roughly 31.75 mm [or 1.25"]

The new bushings didn't come with brackets. They're taller and built for a narrower bracket. This makes me believe the stock brackets.

Put in an order with Prothane for the appropriate 1.25" bushing and bracket.

Added 1.5° to the rear pinion angle to bring it to 4° ^ and the vibration has been significantly reduced.

The next step is to drive it to work but I will shim the tail shaft 1.5° and that with even it up.

I'd roll those exhaust clamps 90° one way or the other so you don't "catch" them on low obstacles. If that car is lowered, you'll be surprised what you hit. Mine will scrape my rack when driving off with race tires on, and they're rotated!

The new sway bar bushings and brackets came in.

They are hilariously wrong.

Decided I needed stock sway bar mounts until I remembered I have the sway bar relocation in place.

THEN, I realized MM sells bushing/bracket kits for that very setup.

Sometimes I just hurt myself mentally...

Don't beat yourself up too much, I'm sure your friends will make up the difference. I've done the same thing before and learned from it, so now it's not as easy to make the same mistake twice. Kinda' like cut twice measure once.
