Good question.. They're an unknown brand, crust-o-matic but basically free 1 5/8" long tube.. Judging from pictures on google, they're MAC headers. Do you have a picture of yours?

I fed the steering shaft in will my wife lowered the car and I don't recall there being any clearance issues to speak of. Hmm, i just answered my own question.

Several of these don't mean SHIT as I've deleted the EGR but a couple have to do with the EVAP system..
You guys have any of these codes?
P1443 Evaporative Emission Control System - Vacuum System - Purge Control Solenoid or Purge Control Valve fault
P1401 Differential Pressure Feedback Electronic Sensor circuit High Voltage
P1409? EGR Vacuum Regulator circuit malfunction
P1000 OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete

0153 02 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Going to purchase the following parts later:
CP-505: Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid
CP-509: Vapor Canister
Last weekend, I loaded the 87 tune the SCT tuner had pre-loaded, turned off the EGR + the rear o2 sensors, set my idle around 600, replaced the Vapor Canister, Purge solenoid and some vacuum lines to cure the P1443, P1401 codes. All of this turned the CEL off and while it does run better, my idle farting, low speed stumbling issue remains.

Check your fuel too, injectors or lines maybe. Does it happen under wot or idle. 98 might be lines collapsing because of age.

Most noticeable below 2500 RPMs or at idle. Not sure during WOT but most likely. I'd thought about changing the injectors out when I did the top end but ran out of time collecting parts.

That's the precise reason I swapped them, a guy had the sun in his face almost cleaned my clock yesterday.
