It is a really good deal, cam's are about 5-6 hundred alone, those low prices make me suspiscious though, are there any car's out there leaking coolant and oil and rods all over the place after he touched them?

I just got back, final dyno results are 213 at the wheel. It's not too bad, i was expecting less. I guess that means its probably got around 240 at the crank. Anyway, I dont want to do PI heads cuz they are very expensive. I can't afford the parts/labor. I can, however, afford to port and polish the stock heads. As far as the cams being so cheap, he said he would give me a very good deal because I was unpleased with how long it took them to install a short throw shifter for me. I was told it would take a day, it ended up taking a week because they were very busy. That's why I'm getting a good deal. Anyway....does anyone have/know of anywhere you can get affordable/used PI heads???

Check our classifieds, or the corral.net they usually go for 200-300 but better deals can be had. Make sure he is using all new gaskets and hardware, that stuff isn't reusable, not even once.

If you want to save money why don't you attack a PI swap yourself. I learned it really isnt hard at all. Also when I did mine the modular community is more then willing to offer help and advice if you get stuck. I dunno It is just an idea to get the most bang for your buck.
