Beat a 02 GT kind of!!!

I have a 98 vert 4.10 gear, prochamber, PI intake, PI cams, and et streets.
He has an 02 gt coupe shorty header, thottle body, and cold air.

Beat him off the line and he didn't pass me till 95 mph. All i can say is anyone who hasn't done the pi intake and cams DO IT. well worth the money.

Oh ya my check engine light was and i have no tune yet. can't wait till the LT's come in.

cool I guess...I dont think its a big deal to beat a 99+ Gt...theyre still pretty slow...just not as slow as npi generally.

I beat an 04 gt by a lot..like 5-6 lengths by 70.

I had something like that happen to me....

I raced my brothers 2000 gt modded, 4.10s, exhaust, tune...he ran 13.7 but could have easily ran low 13s with some tire.

anyway, I beat him untill about 80......npi's dont have any top end.
