looks great man. I have the same cage sitting in my garage, I'll be starting install in a week or two. Looks to me like the trickiest part is going to be cutting the quarter panel inners. I dont want it to look like crap, so we'll see. How do you plan on doing yours?

thanks. make sure to put your panels in with the cage. my stock panels are useless since I welded the cage in without the panel in place so now it's impossible to slide the panel in. I'm going to have to make my own aluminum sheets to cover the wheel wells.

got ya, thanks for the heads up. Yeah, my gameplan was to strip interior, mock up cage w/ pvc so i know where to cut my interior quarter panel. take everything out and get cage welded up and powdercoated. reinstall all back together. I hope it works out this way but it seems like it may be a little bit of a project. Either way, yours turned out great

Yeah it's a bit of a project. Especially trying to manuever it into the car, highly recommend having mroe than one person doing it. I had a helluva time myself.

It's defiantly a little time consuming but looks sweet when done .

Just a lil' bump over hrrr. I decided to go about this my own way instead of MM's. Got the panels in, but as you can see there's a huge gap! Gonna fill 'er up with bondo and paint it and call it good lol.

the recommended cut is along the slit below armrest then coming up towards bar. that makes cut less visible. i never even tried putting mine back in. just been running without panels back there.

I know it's less visible there, but, the fitment into the car was so tight that it would have been impossible for me to get that to work. So I had to improvise. I'm going to bondo it and spray it to match, chances are no one will notice and I dont really care as it looks better than not having anything there.
