I've been running my Continental Extreme Contact DW' for the past two years. Love em. Great in the rain, never have an issue unless I intentionally try to spin em. Dry traction is awesome, they'll spin from a launch but what HCI car on summer tires wouldn't. Highly recommend em

Just a tip- the banjo bolts are different. 1994-02 is a 10mm x 1 thread pitch and the 03-04 are 10mm x 1.5 thread pitch(same as all cobra rears)

Cobra kit is a solid upgrade from GT kit, I remember it worked really well for me.

It seems like a great upgrade over the 99 up dual piston calipers I had , I've had the rotors for three years but no calipers to match.

I've got a set of blank rotors, which I will swap out once the pads are done. If you are planning on tracking the car a bit more seriously, I would recommend getting a spare set of rotors and some good track pads that can be swapped track side. I guessing you got the part store calipers, with whatever the pads that are in there, you will definitely want something better for track, maybe even some brake cooling ducts, depending on how fast you go.

Good idea, I plan on getting some Hawk or EBC pads as I've head good things about them. FTB lightened rotors would be great as well. These rotors are heavy!

EBC pads are meh at best. Noone I know uses them at the track. Look into Hawk, Reybestos, and PFC pads. Anything with semi-metallic compounds usually has a wide operating temperature, ceramic compounds usually will have better brake pedal modulation.

Thanks for the heads up. The Raybestos caliper was loaded with some decent RB pads but the right one was back ordered, hence the two boxes

Back at it again...picked up SMR's upper and lower torque box kit, summit driveshaft loop and an early birthday present for myself: a MM kit but that's going to have to wait. On top of that my clutch is screaming and after some hard driving the dreaded burnt toast smell...a McLeod kit is soon to come as well. Enough rambling here is some pics of the torque box kit going in

Shoot now I can't road race lol...
LMR didn't have that option, plus I'd lose the back seat entirely. Doesn't go well with the wife if I have a little one in a year or so.....
