Finally Started the Head Swap! ~UPDATEwith video~

Worked on it a little bit more today. In my daze of trying to get it to run, i set the timing at tdc and not 10* for base timing. So after letting it warm up, and it idled damn near perfect at tdc, bumped the timing up to 14*. Once it was there and the spout was put back in, it started randomly, sporatically backfiring popping, but this time it was from both sides of the engine not just the passenger side. I'm trying to upload a short video now of what it is doing.
