Hi guys i just wanna show you what i did over the last christmas days

It started with a old Radioframe:
Cut out the heater outlet and other disturbing plastic pieces

this monitor has to fit!

looks quite good already

now i've closed all the gaps with plastic pieces and Epoxy Patch adhesive:

now smoothed the surface and made it ready for the paintjob(but i don't have a pic from this step)
Here already painted:

There youn see how good the frame fits

I've secured the monitor frame with metalstrives:

Here the result:

I'm quite happy with the result, but i have to paint the lower piece of the frame(the one that surround the shiftstick)
and i gotta figure out how to get more room inside the dashboard, cause now i got a whole bunch of cables that is attached to my headunit

Btw: sorry for those extremely large pics

Well i don't have no vent's im my dashboard anymore.
I thought about closing the outlet inside the Dashboard, but i just left it like this.
Cause the monitor can handle up to 80°Celsius,and i don't think that the heater can reach this temperatures.
