Intake gasket failure help

Ok guys need some advice. I've blown the rtv gasket off my lower intake(front of valley) twice now. It's starting to cause a decent oil leak so I'm about to redo things. I just need advice on getting it to hold. I'll also be replacing valvecovers in th process because one is modified with a breather tube and I'm getting terrible oil splash. So yea I'm losing oil fast. Mostly just looking for advice on gasket issue. Any help would be appreciated.

have you run a compression test?
Sounds like you have ring blow by and your crankcase is over pressurizing and blowing out your seal

The issue there is no pcv system. That is gettig fixed as well. Forgot to mention.
