Well Got a DD so I can stop putting miles on the GT... This is more of a project than a build.

New Performance White Paint job

Window Tint
Flamming river rack and pinion


My objective is to keep this car good on gas unlike what I did to the GT and my last 3.8.

Dang...forgot I made a thread...up dates ....

So I got the windows tinted....MAN I hate people starting at me in traffic

Tint windows check....

Kind of noticed those head lights were a BIG eye sore....3M or go home

Restore headlights? not on the list but....check

Next disaster struck...It overheated, there was a pin hole in the radiator...break for repair and cooling system upgrade please

Looks like some ass hat put stop a leak in there

Running cooler than ever now by the way

Saw my oil filter in the engine bay pic above?....Yeah...It was leaking oil from the oil pump....break for gasket replacement

yes my last name is Trail....Ford sure knows it.

Nope had compression test performed after I fixed the cooling system cause it ran like poo up hills and sputtered. It was my O2 sensors causing it to sputter...I disconnected them and it runs a lot better! Still planning to replace Coil, plugs and wires next before I get O2 sensors.

Ok good because I've always heard of those going out. Btw, you should take off the wing, and find some cheap gt wheels to put on there or bullitts would look really good.

It's coming soon...I actually thought about removing the wing today. The wheels may be awhile unless I can find a good craigslist deal. There were some nice Saleens I found but I want to go deep dish with this.

I will probably paint the Mirrors Matte black. I plan on Blacking out the roof with vinyl (maybe). Also it will accent the chin spoiler If I make up my mind on the black accent it will be:

Black roof
Chin spoiler
Black mirrors
Black emblems
Smoked Headlights

But I may end up not doing the roof black. And then I may paint the mirrors to white. I may ditch the whole black accent idea entirely lol...I need to start saving SN photos for ideas.

I'm indecisive.

Nice updates. As I mentioned before, head-gaskets are usually the worst things on these cars, otherwise they run like a top. I bet you're noticing how stupidly easy it is to work on eh?

True! I may end up doing the head gaskets next summer just for safe measure!
