I think it looks pretty good man, never been a fan of the slammed look but your body kit does favor a lower stance. and if you do cut a coil just cut it from the top of the spring and it shouldn't affect ride quality or anything.

x2 ball joints are a bad idea. It changes the suspension geometry, aka bumpsteer like a mofo.

+1 if you're planning on the X2 ball joints without the spacers make sure you have a bumpsteer kit as well.

i think the bumpsteer is all bs. i've read 20+ articles on this and half say they felt no difference in steering. but who knows till ya actually do it i guess. if i need to cut a coil it will be from the top. thanx for the tips though fellars :)

There is a legitimate reason to not mess with front suspension geometry. By using X2 ball joints and lowering the control in relation to the spindle, you change the distance from the pivot points of the ball joint to the tie rod end. Which greatly changes everything. It's just like offset rack bushings. The actually produce more bumpsteer than they prevent.

Tony I can say I don't think I'd do the x2 ball joints on my ride again, they aren't cheap and using them without the spring spacer to get more of a drop defeats the purpose of even having them.

and in some cases offset rack bushings do help but in my case they are so you don't need as much correction from the bumpsteer kit. it just depends on your setup whether you'll benefit from them or not.

yea onyx i feel ya. i'm not gonna mess with them. i'm more comfortable removing a coil than changing geometry. bring the body closer to the ground rather than wheels closer to body, lol.

a few others agree with ya about the x2's. some say they dont notice anything and others have. i'm opting out, lol. thanks my man for the helpful tip!!
