(My last build kind of got messed up because I didn't update properly and forgot to add pics so I'm going try again.)

My build starts with my 95 Rio Red Mustang GTS, 5.0 5-speed 162k miles from the 2nd owner. It was well taken care of , even got the original owners manual and Maintenance book. I'm did some research and found out the car is 1 of 777 Gts' in rio red and in 5 speed. It was bone stock when I got it, but now it has an assortment of new mods including;

Engine: 95' cobra upper and lower intake, BBk 70mm throttle body, Aeromotive FPR, Crane 1.7 roller rockers, A/c deleted, spectra air filter, Ford racing wires. soon to have a nitrous kit :headbang:
Exhaust: Ford motorsport 1 5/8 in. headers, BBK off-road x pipe, Dynomax side exhaust.
Drivetrain: Ford racing 3.73 gears, Steeda Tri-ax shifter.
Interior: 03 cobra style 5-speed shift knob, 98' cup holder conversion.
Exterior: Mach 1 chin spoiler, plasti-dipped roof, smoked headlights, 96-98 vertical taillights.
Brakes: new ceramic pads all around, 13 in. cobra brake conversion, new 95 cobra hoses.
Wheels: 18x9 Authentic saleens w/ 275/35R18 Front, 275/40R18 Rear.
Suspension: Beilsteins Struts and shocks, Steeda sport springs.

Here's some pics of transformation:

To this...

More parts to follow including Edelbrock aluminum heads, bolts and gaskets, motor mounts, new ram clutch, control arms and much more.

Yup I'll probably snatch up some 400-500 grit and give em a good scrub. Got to get some more tire shine also. Good thing I work at pep boys lol.

Lmao. Fawk everyone finds these crazy deals. Never find anything like that by me lol. I'd sand em down, and paint em gunmetal grey. If you plan on painting them.

Haha yeah I live by a lot of Mexicans that use these wheels for their Toyota pick ups and nissans lol.
i was thinking of plast dipping them but the car is going to look trashy and I always liked machined ones like I had on my old green gt. I was also thinking of painting them bronze/gold? What do you think?

Haha thats funny lol. I think gold might look a little loud, a nice bronze would look dope. Especially since your roof is black. You got instagram? I'd tag you in a pic of a mustang with gold plastidipped wheels

My IG username is StangBoy925, and bronze is cool but sometimes too dark, I think gold like sleepn-sn car or something like that.
and the blue is cool but I'm gonna get bashed on by everyone I know lol

Part 2: Edelbrock cylinder heads

So, I got enough money together after selling some gt-40 irons, and 1.7 roller rockers for $400.
Collected enough to buy these Edelbrock aluminum performer heads 1.90/1.60 170cc 60cc

and it also came with 1.6 ford racing roller rockers and trickflow stage 1 cam but I gave the cam to my uncle because I'm gonna leave the stock cam until I find a good fox short block.

but heres a pic of the head:

ill be getting 1.7 trickflow rockers for it and the 1.6's are going to my dads 351w so at least ill have a little more lift.

Update:

So, it's been a while since I've touched the car (couple of weeks) and I've been suffering by the wrath of the mod bug. So pretty soon I'm going to be going through the next steps

such as:
Exterior
-2x OEM 17x8 black bullitts
-2x 50RESTO 17x10.5 black bullitts
-Gloss black vinyl job/material
-5% tint (3 back windows)
-Black (mustang gt) letter stickers

Motor
-
Edelbrock performer cylinder heads
-Steeda #19 cam
-Arp head Bolts
-Trick flow 1.7 stud mount roller rockers
-Tmoss ported Gt40 lower intake with the cobra upper
-Trick flow harderned pushrods
-New motor mounts
-New trans mount
-Tune from TPS performance
-Fel-pro 1011-2 head gaskets
-Mr. Gasket #5834 intake gaskets
-Fel-pro Exhaust gaskets

Suspension

-New balljoints
-Eibach sway bar (front and rear)
-Eibach pro kit lowering springs
-Red 50resto rear control arms (upper and lower)

Maybe this will satisfy my mod bug but drain my bank account! lol

Most of the stuff I have just waiting to get the cam and pushrods and I'm gonna be sending a gt40 lower to Tmoss for porting. Then the motor will be put together. And hopefully I won't need a tune right away because I need save the money. And the bullitts should be on in the next two weeks w/ 315's sumitomos in the rear!

most likely going to look like joshhooten's car with a black roof lol

Thanks, I've always wanted bullitts since I first owned the car, but these saleens looked so good at first, now its just plain jane for me. I need a deep dish on this car to really set it apart from the cars at shows I go to.
