Cleaned the car today. Used claybar, Megiuar's ultimate compound and glaze and gold class wax. Not too bad for off the shelf stuff. I was amazed with the claybar, the rockers were so bad that I thought they would have to be repainted. The clay took away all of the rough stuff.

Thanks! Headlights are the least of my worries now. I won't be doing much more on the exterior. Tune up is next, then suspension, HCI and motor clean up and I need to replace the rear main seal and I'll do the clutch while I'm at it. The axle bearing needs replacing and I'll do gears then. We are planning on doing another half coil in the back.

Clay bar's really work. I bought the Meg's claybar kit with the spray detailer, thing really worked. Used the clay bar on my dad's car and i was amazed at how much crap it took off the rocker panels and bumpers. Made the whole car really smooth.
