Tried to install my AC belt again. It’s a stretch fit belt and I hate it. After losing the battle AGAIN, I had to brainstorm why this won’t freaking happen.



As it turned out, genius here didn’t take into consideration the Power by the hour AC adaptor mount spaced the compressor out from the block.



Ugh… Well, I ordered two belts and tried again today. We have achieved victory. No one makes a 34” stretch belt with 6 ribs so I’ll have to make due with a 4 rib belt.

If I didn’t drive it to/from work I wouldn’t care about the AC. I thought I was going to die one day in a downpour on a 95° day

Looked around and decided today was the day I installed this Carter’s Customs splitter that I’ve been holding onto.



That logo has to go. Texted @Frank.JD.Perez for his opinion on this and he said do it



That’s all I needed to hear and it was done. The car is filthy and I need to trim the bumper some more now.
