Solid rollers are a bit much for most folks with their streetcars. Sure they work for uber-high rpm stuff, but OEM hydraulic roller will work like a champ, be cheaper, quieter, and less trouble on the street. IMO.
^yah, port work is very expensive. You can look on corral for some ported windsor sr. heads. With some port work, you can get those to flow more than afr 185s (thats what i'm going to use in my 347 build). They are an iron head, but cheaper also...and ask for flow sheets of heads if you buy used.
Or you can email him. I did asking a few questins for a combo, and he answered me with all his recomendations the next day! When i get the chance to buy new stuff, it will be from him.
