Ok guys, my motor will be running by this weekend, i want to know if theres anything better i could do for more performance

I just bought a BBK Edelbrock 70mm throttle body that will be replacing the 65mm, unless anyone thinks i should sell it and opt for a 75mm...?
I also have a set of equal length Mac headers. Do these perform better than the equal length BBK shorties I have or is there not really a difference?
Is there a better intake for my set-up? Such as a Trick Flow Track Heat, Holley Systemax, or is my ported GT40/ Tubular better?
Do I need bigger injectors, maybe 30lb's?
I'm hoping to make around 400 hp/tq. Is there anything that I don't have that will help me get there?
