I have a ticking noise that's been getting louder coming out of my passenger side valve cover....So, today I did a quick teardown down and found a loose rocker arm...I figure it's normal since they haven't been adjusted since the motor was built. All I am asking is can someone tell me the correct way to reset the valve and rocker spacing. I don't want to just tighten down the bolt and hope it works. I want to loosen every bolt and re torque them. I'm gonna have to turn the crank by hand, so the minimum ammount of turning possible... I also need info on centering each hydraulic lifter equally, does 3/4 turn past hand tight, then lock the stud sound right? All help is appreciated as always...Thanks guys, Justin

Sorry guys I wrote that after a long day....Here's what I am looking at...When I first built the engine I was planning on doing studs only...But my engine builder suggested a girdle, and he sold me on it....It's a stud girdle
