Once that dries I’m gonna bolt two wheels on, flip it over and coat the bottom. This is just the first coat.

IIRC you’re still an asshole :p

I’m torn between one of the Holley dashes or the AiM MXG Strada

Well now he hit the nail on the head there now didn't he? And we know because it takes one to know one....

That new bigger screen does look nice right up till you go to pay. I do wish the one I had was bigger but I like have the plx gauges on separate senders so I can have the redundancy to know if one does go bad I can see the other. The only other advantage to the holley screens that I don't think the aftermarket screens can do is to access the tuning software to make changes. I personally have not done this myself as I have always hooked my pc up, and hate the idea of doing it through the dash because the position you have to be in to actually do that is not comfortable but I would if I had to and its good to know I can.

The prospect of tuning through the screen does seem like a PITA. I’m going to buy a tablet to tune with and use this mount for it:

I’ve also considered using the Holley analog (Can bus) gauges in a Florida 5.0 panel for a stockish appearance.

I would save the mounting for it if I were you. You really only need it to make changes during the initial start up. You can set it up to datalog anytime you want and activate it through the screen as well.

Those are excellent points. I can also use the gauges in the software instead of having them in the dash for the time being!

you can display 10x more data on a pc then on the digital dash but at some point its info overload. Its nice to be able to change it to show what ever you want and change it later if you need. When I tps was giving me problems I set it up to show on a gauge just to make it easier.
