How involved IS it to install a Holley ECU/wiring etc
with out being rude, it is probably above your skill level for the wiring and then the tuning is a completely different monster to learn. If I had a shop do it I would be afraid to know how long it would take/cost. I have been avoiding my wiring for too long as well, there is a reason we are not excited to do it.....

The Dominator is just more HP, with a lot more bells/whistles/sensors and DBW. Needed for certain aspects of engine management, and, has two O2 sensor monitoring.

It’s alive-ish.

Apparentl, I goofed the crank sensor plug install and the crimp wasn’t making good contact. Soldered longer wires to the existing pigtail and tried again. Success was achieved.

Wrong MAF was included with the control pack and O’Reilly had one.

Stuck injector dumped enough raw fuel the exhaust to form a puddle under the car. Stressed my three brain cells to the max but got a good buzz for a bit. Swapped to some GT500 injectors I picked up from Lwarrior awhile ago. Problem solved.

Except it seemingly killed both oxygen sensors and I’ll replace them tomorrow.
Please cover those intake ports. You just never know....

By the first pic, I thought you were incorporating the Flintstone method. :D

If you plan your wiring before you begin, it is not bad at all. There are a couple things you have to pay close attention to with the ccrm, but that’s really it.

The Holley wiring is very easy, and honestly if you can read, it’s not over anyone’s head. I installed the Holley on my Monte Carlo in roughly 4 hours from start of the job to a running engine.

The car is currently running on the generic, Holley Gen 2 tune. Needless to say, it's way off. To further add to this, it wouldn't read AFR through the adapter and off the shelf o2 combo. I still had the previous o2 but have reservations about it. I ordered a new, Holley o2 and also the harness to activate a second o2 for true bank to bank readings. If the new sensor jives with the existing, I will just have WBO1 and WBO2 moving forward.

I also still need to finalize some wiring, connect the flex sensor to an input and put the interior back in. Looking forward to RACING THIS STUPID CAR this year.

Are you using the Holley adapter (harness I presume). Should also be using the same O2 for each side, and more than likely, Holley proprietary sensor. This is my biggest issue with the HP/Dominator ECU's.

Yes and yes

Edit for clarity: the previous adapter was from another vendor and the o2 was a regular Bosch LSU4

The sensor I suspected may be readin wrong is the proprietary Holley LSU4 (554-101)and I’ve bought another like it.

The harness to add the second o2 is from an another vendor.
