Wish I knew that before I drilled the holes lol. That trunk lid was drilled for a pedestal mount spoiler so I moved the holes over for this one. I'll see if the juice is worth the squeeze on this one for me. Too much shit going on to back track. My 69 has been very patient... :driver:Unbolt that spoiler and drill some holes about 1"-1.5" back and remount. The front of the spoiler will cover the old holes but it looks much better with that style spoiler.
If I had to do it all again, I would only go one step back on the wing, instead of taking it all the way back to where it hits the quarter panels.
Last one I did, we brought it back to where the outside edge of the wing was flush with the trunk so we didnt have any problems with the quarters getting hit.
Well, I guess I know what your vote is lol...I would perhaps look into different tail lights altogether![]()
Sssssooooooooo..........
........is it running yet?!?? ;-)
She might get new tail lights at some point. I actually prefer stock ones that are very lightly smoked. We'll see. Once I get it running again and back on the street, I might look into spending some time on the trunk lid/spoiler. My 69 is starting to get pissed at me...I vote new taillights and moving the spoiler back. I had mine back on my 00gt looks pretty neat.

Works well for the rods, but not so much for the mains.Like the idea for polishing the crank! I may need to steal that!

Definitely. She'll be complete, wired and ready to go when I lower the body back down.Looking good!
Hey, don't forget that dipstick before you set the engine in.
