Any modular 4.6l with upgraded rods and pistons will handle just about what ever you throw at it, but ...they are heavy and big!

Like the other folks mentioned, low boost turbo what you have now. Itll be fun! And then you can make your decision about moving forward with the 500+hp goal that involves an aftermarket block, new pistons, new rods, new gaskets, new bolts, new machine work, new rear end, new control arms, new tires, new tranny, new injectors, new fuel system, new tuning, new k-member, new wiring harness......and then you realize this car has sat for 10yrs!!!!

Stack your build blocks on whats running now. Worst that could happen is a blown engine or transmission, but you dont mind cause you were wanting something to build anyways. Then you can remember what the car was like come 10yrs into your build....lmao!

Yea I've been depressed looking at my yard ornament for over a year now. The motor is blown now and it's time to bring it back to life. My patience has run out watching all these other people riding in there's. Let the recessatation begin!

I've been watching this fully dressed 347 roller stroker turn key hi performance motor on ebay for $6,095, I just don't know how much the install and to make it run, i.e. the electrical, would be, and whatever else that'll need to be changed.

Stop saying “Hun”
I don't see how that has anything to do with helping my build. At what point in your life you thought by telling someone you know nothing about, to do something, and that they would comply, is beyond me... How about stop being gay and telling me what to say....? Nope. Doesn't work for me either...

Look for a 351w motor out of a late model truck. They used them in everything from vans to f150’s and broncos till 96. Those blocks can handle way more power than your asking to make. Good friend of mine is making over700hp at the wheels with a stock block 351w and a supercharger. He had the rods and pistons upgraded to forged and put a decent set of heads on. He has some other stuff done as well but as far as the motor goes the block is a truck block.

I gave $400 for mine.

Does it bolt up to all the other parts in a mustang or are we talking changing the whole getup? Feeling pretty stupid with my questions but once again, I'm green when it comes to tha car build, and Jewish when it comes to spending the money. Also I appreciate yalls patience and time.

Telling you to stop saying “hun” was to benefit YOU so people might actually take you seriously - because it’s pretty obvious you don’t have the resources or the knowledge for a 500hp turbo build.

But keep on keeping on.

You must live a sad life to hop on a forums page, troll your way through everyone's post, find something you don't like, and waste everyone's time with your nonsense. For one I never said that. I LITERALLY said that I don't have the know how, about three times now, (hence why I'm on this forum), but I guess you're too caught up on how I speak. You obviously can't read.... Bless your heart.

Didn't say it? I personally do not care but ya did say it.
Well, I didn't say 5 Hun.... Which is what i was quoted saying. But for fucks sake, can we get back to cars instead of this dumb shit. This is almost as worse as social media.

351w swap is almost bolt in. Intake and headers are biggest differences. Headers won’t matter since your buying a turbo kit but make sure to buy one for 351’s

You can use the electronics but you will need a chip and a tune.

It’s a little bit of work to do the swap but for what your trying to do it’s well worth it.
