Re: Finally Started the Head Swap!
Update: Got it running *whoot* shittily though, had a misfire but fixed that by replacing a spark plug. New problems now though.
1. After it was timed to 14*, it sounded like a rocker was hitting the valve cover or something, weird part though is that it was only on the driver side. Could this actually be a lifter tick from a collapsed lifter?
2.Second issue: After it had been timed, the spout was still out and I rev'd it to maybe 1500, immediately after revving, I completely let off the gas and it just died. Tried starting it again with the spout in and it backfired.
I have no clue what's going on anymore =[ Do the roller rockers need to be adjusted down to a certain lash with these locking nuts? Or just down to a torque spec?
