Those headlights man! Beautiful! What did they set you back?

Also... you can never go wrong with the Cobra bumper cover. Looks great on your car.

Roughly $600? Maybe $700..

Edit: Apparently they’re $920 but he usually sells blems at a steep discount.

Thank you, sir

Attacked the front bumper today and I’m content with the results. It isn’t pretty but I will smooth the edges and have it repainted in time. Going to re-imagine the splitter mounting as well.

Dipshit here didn’t connect the ground for his PWM Fan controller and had a spicy chicken this morning on the way to work.

It did overflow some into the reservoir tank but temps went down while underway. Never boiled over.

Moral: Slow down and check your work.

Set out to make the 89 mile drive and stopped at gas station close to the dyno to top the tank off with E85. Well. E67.

Chatted @lwarrior1016 up a bit before they settled the car on the dyno and showed me how to operate it. He looked cute in his RNG uniform. Always good to see my buddy.

Made a few pulls to get a baseline and we got to work. We were able to find some power and he cleaned up all of the driveability issues I was having. We suspect the dip in the graph is the fact the cams need to be tuned. Since my tuner was $130/hr to make big changes and the dyno was $75/hr, and the car was running great, I elected to wait until later this year.

a 10% gain to the wheels from tuning as well as better drivability is worth it. You did remote tuning already right?
Cute in my uniform lol.

You know you love a man in uniform.
I think it is nicer then saying it made yer butt look big :)

We’re suspecting the issue in the dyno was wheel spin due to pretty much shot tires. The fact the dip occurred at peak torque each time led us to this conclusion.

Driving the car shows no signs of power/torque loss.
i could see that .

@lwarrior1016 raised a good point. Wheel spin on the dyno @ peak torque meant the rollers slowed some and when traction was regained, it took time to speed them back up. That’s why the numbers were lower.

He was present for all six pulls and not one time did the engine/exhaust sound like there were any issues.

My thoughts exactly. I seen the graph and then i watched video again. I thought if the graph showed reduced rpm in the middle of the dyno pull shouldnt i here the engine bog down?
