It’s a really straight forward installation. Especially if you leave the CCRM and stock ECU in place. If you went the route I took you’ll have to have relays for the engine fan, air conditioner and fuel pump not to mention aftermarket gauges. Not a huge deal but it’s as complicated as you make it. You have to either cut the holley sensor connectors off and graft the Ford connectors on OR switch to a universal 5V sensor like I did.

Easy peasy but much pricier than a typical Megasquirt stand-alone.

Easy peasy?! man don't sugar coat this it was just last week someone fried a fan controller IIRC. I am not knocking you, but I got into this because I kept hearing shit like "easy peasy", it not that hard, not that big of a deal but now that i am into up to my nose I don't think %95 of the car guys out there should attempt this. I am not all that sure I should be in that %5 since mine hasn't started in weeks now and I am just tired of dickin with it. I am also not knocking mustard as he probably has the ability but I really think we need to stop making the idea of a standalone ecu being easy peasy at the least.

I know and I have shown mine for the same reason and made more then a few mistakes. I just know that the majority of people out there can't wrap their head around wiring and then troubleshooting wiring is another skill on top of that that even fewer have. I think you need to have a really good grasp on both of these and then still expect to make some mistakes that are hopefully not to expensive and time consuming to figure out and that does not equal easy peasy at all.

I’ve done a painless wiring kit in a 87 regal tuned port LT1 I should be able to manage the Holley efi . I don’t expect anything to be easy peasey when it comes to wiring .

I kinda thought you were in the group that can or has done it but I have heard way too many people make it sound like its plug and play and it tunes itself, you just drive off.

Trimmed some more material from the tank support and now the fuel lines aren’t in a bind. The tank is now properly secured

I looked back a ways and did not see anything (sorry if I sis not got back far enough) however the black trim cover on the column was that part of the NRG adapter and quick release, or something separate?

It finishes off the column very nicely.

Thanks! I bought that from Carter's Customs but it's just a 1/4 ABS plastic panel.

Put the old rearend brake bracket in the vice and knocked the old fitting off. Drilled it out to bolt the Stiffler’s brake Tee in place. Hit it with a coat of Duplicolor’s finest aluminum colored paint and installed it once dry. Wasn’t easy to take pictures of after it was installed.

I have to remove the shocks to mount the outboard brackets so...tomorrow!

Installed the remainder of the rear ended lines tonight. To do so, I removed the driver’s side shock and bolted on the outboard hose bracket. How about that crusty spot? I had to remove the anti-moan brackets to get the Baer brackets in place. Just another item on my endless “to-do list”.

After that was squared away, I worked on the hard line.

Tight working quarters!

The process was repeated in the passenger side and lastly I connected the Tee to the main line. Found out that particular banjo bolt is a smaller thread pitch that the calipers.

My next installment in this saga will be finishing the extended stud installation, installing the upper shock mounts and installing the sway bar links. That will just about wrap up the rear suspension. I should be able to sit the car on the ground and begin prepping it for THE ROAD!!!

Round one involves surface prep work and marking the holes. There was globe of seam sealer that needed to be removed.

This should help ensure the holes are drilled right the first time.

Round two involved a trip to harbor freight for some TOP QUALITY* tools! Found a 90* drill adaptor and a long dick long 1/8” drill bit. They are now both deceased BUT I have one side nearly finished. Just have to torque things down.

Yes, I know my exhaust isn’t connected. I’m waiting for a set of new rubber hangers. The parts store variety hangs too low.

the only cordless drill I have ever owned is an angle drill where the head is like what you have pictured. It was great for getting in/around dashes when I was installing car audio and has saved my butt more than a few times since. I have a few regular corded drills but still have my angle drill after 20 yrs, just new batteries.

Round three happened after a return trip to Harbor Freight for a replacement TOP QUALITY tool and a lunch break. Over all it went smoothing and I am now finished so here are some pictures lol

Before I started in the other side, I took the time to hit some welds with a shot of paint.

Added a MM lower shock mounts since I came across it.

This is what I’ve been installing:
