You could add exterior ribs to your current ones but that will require welding. Rib shape can be anything, from a tent rib to a flat bar.
You could start from scratch and make the material thicker or incorporate stiffening bends. Bend design is a bit trickier though, we have all the bend infornation from our part maker but every material and machine is different.
Personally if the end plates don't vibrate much right now I would just make the plates out of a bit thicker material. I think that would do the trick, would enhance the look too. Could also add ribs and make it more sinister too lol

Could get someone to tig weld straight lines to the back of it in a defined pattern. I think that could do the trick for adding ribs.

January 17, 2015: Airbag & Parking Brake Boot
Not too major of an update as I have started to slow down on the build once again. My bank account will thank me later.
I recently got a new (well used) passenger airbag cover after getting tired of looking at mine. I defaced mine a couple months ago trying to smooth and paint it. Not doing that again.
The perpetrator.
The new bag after a few coats of interior dye.
I then also got my parking brake boot from redlinegoods. Free shipping + 20% off was going on so I couldn't resist.
I ordered the boot in black alcantara with red stitching to best match my shift boot.
Then got to work pulling the center console, which was a huge pita with non-reclinable seats.
Removed the dust cover off the parking brake and test fitted the boot.
Then removed whatever this rubber trim was called.
Not pictured is the overnight drying and installation after the boot was mounted to the center console. The automotive goop pictured above did the trick.
Voila.

That's the one big problem with the internet. We see the same wheels all the time. In person it's more rare but to go with "not played out", unfortunately, you've basically gotta spend $4k.
I'll just be happy when I get my Saleen wheels, been wanting them for years. Not giving a fuuuuuuuuq if everyone has them.

Picked up some hottie. About 90 lbs or so. Pretty petite chica.
Guess that was too much for the car to handle at this height. Or maybe my dampeners are too soft.
Hit the freeway, made my way downtown, walking fast, faces passed.
Took a SMALL, and I MEAN SMALL dip while switching lanes. The splitter bottomed out on a road reflector.
****ing road reflectors I tell ya. SLAMMED LIFESTYLE BRUH.
Broke a reflector shaped chunk from my splitter. Pulled my rods a quarter through my bumper.
Oh well.

I'll either roll up with no bumper or something custom fabbed with bandaids and zip ties, still undecided.
I'm not dropping anymore money into this stupid car.
And for those who don't know, the car has been for sale for the past 5 weeks. I'm leaving the mustang game.

Trying as best I can to not sound like a di*k, this is why I hate slammed cars. (minus bags) If you tried to drive that here I don't see it getting 5 mins of drive time before it totaled it self.
